Overview

ainsfw.ai is an AI tool for adults that turns AI-generated characters, anime art, and your own photos into fictional adult content. This Content Policy explains what is and is not allowed on the Service. It is part of our Terms of Service, and by using the Service You agree to follow it.

Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority where You live if that is higher. Anyone under 18 is not allowed to use the Service.

Prohibited Content

You may not create, upload, or share any of the following:

• Any content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor. This includes drawn, anime, or AI-generated characters that look underage.
• Sexual or nude content of a real person without that person's consent, including celebrities, public figures, ex-partners, coworkers, and strangers.
• Photos of other people uploaded without their permission.
• Content used to harass, threaten, blackmail, or impersonate anyone.
• Content depicting non-consensual acts or sexual violence.
• Bestiality or any other content that is illegal where You live or where the content is distributed.
• Hate speech, or content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Uploading Photos

Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have clearly agreed to have their image used this way. AI-generated characters, original illustrations, and anime art are welcome, as long as they follow the rules above. You are responsible for every image You upload and every result You create.
